NEW - Resourcing Yourself

During a 1 to 1 Resourcing session, we will look closely at your current situation, the shape of your day and your bandwidth, and together we will begin to introduce simple routines, rituals + mindful practices so that you can build your own resource bank to lean on

It is better to fit bite-sized, mindful moments into your existing life rather than try to introduce unmanageable change too quickly so I will work closely with you to ensure that you are aligned with the practices + can establish, and maintain, them with ease

Sessions cost £30 for an hour

At some point during our life, most of us find that we need some support to make changes. This can be small; moving away from engrained habits + habitual thinking, or big; changing career or completely MOT-ing your life

Coaching is a relationship. The relationship between Coach + Client is collaborative, authentic and supportive. You will be encouraged to dig deep, to do hard, searching work and to push yourself. But this will always be within a framework of authenticity, trust + encouragement. Equally important is the relationship you will develop with yourself as you deepen your self-awareness + learn to trust your own intuition + innate wisdom

With Wellbeing in the Lakes, you can access coaching in a number of ways

Traditional Coaching

One hour sessions tailored to your needs. Usually booked in a block of eight initially, to allow the relationship to develop. More sessions can be added as required. 

£40 per hour

Resource Yourself

One hour session to introduce stabilising practices to ensure you stay grounded + in balance during challenging times 

Walk + Talk

A one-off, hour's coaching while we walk. Use me as a sounding board, brainstorm ideas or get a fresh perspective. All while enjoying some fresh air + nature

Compact Coaching

A structured course of four, one hour sessions aimed to formulate a clear, short-term plan and kick-start motivation

Teen Coaching

I also offer a teen coaching service. Do you have a teenager who is struggling with motivation + structure post lockdowns + who needs some positive motivation, a listening ear, help shifting their mindset + a boost in self-esteem, I may be able to help. I have over a decades experience in working with teenagers, both in an educational setting and in the voluntary sector

Wild Wellbeing

Have your coaching session in the woods. We will immerse ourselves mindfully in nature and draw inspiration + wisdom from her. Meditation + mindfulness exercises will support the uncovering of your innate wisdom around your desired goal
