Kind Words - Read what one participant had to say
'I have been to four of Cat's Nourish Days, and have loved every one of them. It is difficult to take this time and drag ourselves away from our busy lives and the people that need us but the result is a calmer, fresher, inspired, energised, less achy version of ourselves, ready to face the world with a new strength and perspective. It's wonderful to get together in a quiet and beautiful place and have a positive, relaxing experience with our brilliant teacher Cat.
