Join me and Katy Murray for an afternoon of complete renewal as we gather to nourish our souls

 

Katy Murray is a women's leadership coach, inclusion and diversity consultant, facilitator and speaker. Katy is the author of, Change Makers - A Woman's Guide to Stepping up Without Burning Out at Work. I am so excited to be able to offer you this collaboration. 

 

You will experience a truly immersive afternoon, a chance to withdraw from the world for a bit and focus on nourishing your body, mind + soul

The afternoon will incorporate movement, reflection and activation. Optional wild swim...and cake

I will guide you through meditation and movement, slow yoga and spirited dancing, raising your energy and creating the space for receptivity and clarity

 

Katy will ease you into a questioning, reflective space, inspiring you, challenging you and empowering you in equal measure

The Footprint is a beautiful, eco, building, nestled in woodlands. While only being a short distance from Windermere, it feels remote and secluded and is a place of tranquility + peace

The afternoon will end at 5pm, but for anyone who wishes there will be an optional wild swim in beautiful Lake Windermere
